Brainstorm

We have a brief questionnaire you will be asked to complete to better understand your lifestyle, plans for using the van, and any essentials you want to incorporate in your build. Once complete, we will schedule time to meet virtually or in-person and walk through some finer details and options.

Rough Estimate

Budget is an important factor in your build and we make every effort to be transparent with estimated costs up front. At this stage, we will supply you with a rough cost estimate based on our brainstorming session. ​

Design

Next, we will draft some preliminary designs for your review. You will have the opportunity to adjust the design as you’d like. Once all edits are finalized, we will be able to generate a final cost estimate, broken down into labor and materials.

Contract/Payment

If you decide to move forward, you will be asked to sign a Contract for Services. Once signed, you will be asked to make payment of materials cost and 50% of the labor cost prior to your scheduled build start date.

Build Time!

The fun part! We will get right to work ordering materials and starting on your custom build. You will receive a minimum of weekly updates with photographs as we make your van into a tiny home on wheels! A standard build is expected to be completed in 2-3 months (length may vary depending on complexity).

Hit the Road!

​The moment you have been waiting for has arrived! Once your build is complete, you will be asked to pay the remaining 50% of labor costs, and then you can take your awesome, decked-out rig home. We hope you will send us updates and pictures of all your adventures! We love to see our customers living their best lives!
